. we'll get into the particulars of virginia. how it matters and what it could tell us about the rest of the nation. the implications are many as virginia goes, well, is models for the rest of the nation may go. then there is the state of georgia. the polls have just closed there at 7:00 eastern and it, too, is too close to call. but then there is the state of indiana. "fox news" now projects governor mitt romney will win the state of indiana which president obama did win four years ago. that's a turnover. 5% of the votes in but the model suggests to us it is good gh to mitt romney according to the "fox news" decision team has won the state of indiana. "fox news" also projects governor romney will win in the bluegrass state kentucky with 4% of all precincts reporting. 2/3 of all voters are voting "fox news" ney and projects romney wins kentucky. outh too close to call in s carolina. none of the precincts are can project t we president obama will win in the state of vermont. six states where the polls have just closed. we've made calls in two of them. and in the others we can't yet mak

in cleveland. both men will watch election results from boston. that is where we find tara wall. she joins us live this morning. good to see you this morning. >> good morning. thanks for having me. >> we want to know what that mood is like in these final hours now. really now that it's up to the voters. what's it like on the inside of governor romney's campaign? >> pretty exciting and as you can see behind me , a lot of busyness going on. we have a great operation behind us in addition to the ground game we've had in virginia. a lot of folks on the ground getting out to vote. we had just over 600,000 over this weekend alone. 5.5 million contacts overall. behind me is project orca going on. we can communicate with people on the ground and get real time information about polling. there's a lot of momentum. a lot of enthusiasm and we're excited as we watch like everyone as. the candidates are out for one more last round of campaigning. so we'll be excited to come back and enjoy a victory this evening. >> in speaking with robert gibs from the obama campaign, we know the president is doing a coupl

but many of you told us there didn't seem to be enough voting stations, enough ballots and working equipment. it is an issue president obama addressed in his victory speech last night. >> whether you voted for the very first time or waited in line for a very long time, by the way, we have to fix that. >> now, a lot of people experienced those long lines and you actually experienced long lines in early voting. >> early voting was ridiculous. a minimum three hours. i went on a couple of different days trying to early vote, three, four hours at all the locations that i went to. i ended up voting yesterday and it was fine yesterday. 15 minutes at my voting location. a lot of people went early in the morning and late in the afternoon, not in the middle of the day. >> we know there have been some problems with voting machines and things like that. they are also saying we had a record amount of turnout as well. we still have plenty ahead. we are continuing to follow all of your election coverage. fox 5 morning news continues right now. right now. >>> while each of us will pursue our own i
